We at BeBajrang know how important it is to receive your products in the finest condition, and on time. Products purchased from BeBajrang can be delivered world-wide. The products will be shipped to the address specified by you during the order processing stage. The time of delivery and the shipping cost depend upon the product purchased and delivery address.
* We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
Orders Within India
FedEx Standard Overnight - Free Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00PM (IST) Monday through Saturday will be delivered within 3-5 business day. Orders placed after 2:00PM (IST) Monday through Saturday will be processed the next business day. Every order is subject to review. Sunday and holiday's delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery.
* State entry taxes are charged extra to your final bill amount based on the policy of the state.
* COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available in Kerala due to state policies.
* Very few State Governing bodies have discontinued COD (Cash on Delivery) in certain territories, and hence we won't be able to process COD orders for such territories. We will inform you as and when FedEx informs us.
Orders Outside India / International Orders
Worldwide ShippingDHL Express: Orders placed before 2:00PM (IST) Monday through Saturday will be delivered within 5 business day. Orders placed after 2:00PM (IST) Monday through Saturday will be processed the next business day.
DHL Standard: Orders placed before 2:00PM (IST) Monday through Saturday will be delivered within 10-14 business day. Orders placed after 2:00PM (IST) Monday through Saturday will be processed the next business day.

Depending on the delivery address we have tie ups with DHL/UPS/FedEx and other international logistics companies. You can be rest assured that you will receive tracking information as soon as the shipment is picked up.

Product Customization: When it comes to size, stone or other minor changes it can take up to 3 business days to customize the product, and your product will be shipped within 5 business days.
Exotic Leather Collection: Is tailor made as per your wrist size and takes anywhere from 5-7 business days to make and another 3-14 business days to delivery, depending on the shipping method you choose. We try our best to deliver the product in 7 business days, on special request.
Bespoke Designs: Delivery of such orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on the product that needs to be made. Communication for this will be shared to each customer after reviewing the customer’s requirement. If you require more information please feel free to send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Returns & Exchanges for Product Defect
It is very important that you are completely happy with your order and we wish to give you the best customer service. If for any reason your product(s) arrives damaged (chip, scratches, dents etc) we request you to initiate a request for Return & Exchange within 72 hours after receipt. Once your request has been approved we will process the Return or Exchange and bear the entire cost for shipping and any other applicable costs. Any request for Return & Exchange will not be accepted 14 days after receipt. Products returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, unaltered and in salable condition. Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 21 days from the day we receive the products.

Returns & Exchanges for incorrect Bracelet Size
Please do measure the exact circumference of your wrist so we can deliver the right fitting product to you. We add our own margin for comfortable fit so do not worry about that. BeBajrang does not offer refund, return & exchanges or store credit for incorrect size selected by you.
Once the order is placed, you can still change the size, provided the product has not been shipped from our end. You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org & simply mention your order number and the correct wrist size, and we will make the necessary changes to your bracelet(s).
If you like your bracelet to fit a little tight or lose, you can select the closest size that fits your wrist and also write to us with special instruction on email@example.com. We will process the order as per your special instructions.
Once the product(s) arrives and you wish to change the product(s) for a different size, color, design please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However you will be responsible for applicable shipping, duties & taxes and any other applicable fees. Exchange will also depend on the stock available with BeBajrang.
Returns & Exchanges for Gifts
If you received a BeBajrang product as a GIFT or want to give someone a GIFT, and would like to exchange it for any reason, we can offer you store credit. Store Credit can be used in one year after your request has been approved. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping, duties & other applicable costs. Exchange will also depend on the stock available with BeBajrang.
Returns & Exchanges for Bespoke Orders
Special or made to order products are considered as final sale. If there is any defect or incontinency with what was approved, please write to us on email@example.com.
If you purchased or received a BeBajrang product, and would like a full refund, because of a product defect, we can offer you store credit or you have an option to exchange the product. Exchange will also depend on the stock available with BeBajrang. Store Credit can be used in one year after your request has been approved.
