Returns & Exchanges for Product Defect

It is very important that you are completely happy with your order and we wish to give you the best customer service. If for any reason your product(s) arrives damaged (chip, scratches, dents etc) we request you to initiate a request for Return & Exchange within 72 hours after receipt. Once your request has been approved we will process the Return or Exchange and bear the entire cost for shipping and any other applicable costs. Any request for Return & Exchange will not be accepted 14 days after receipt. Products returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, unaltered and in saleable condition. Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 21 days from the day we receive the products.

Returns & Exchanges for incorrect Bracelet Size

Please do measure the exact circumference of your wrist so we can deliver the right fitting product to you. We add our own margin for comfortable fit so do not worry about that. BeBajrang does not offer refund, return & exchanges or store credit for incorrect size selected by you.

Once the order is placed, you can still change the size, provided the product has not been shipped from our end. You can write to us at info@bebajrang.com & simply mention your order number and the correct wrist size, and we will make the necessary changes to your bracelet(s).

If you like your bracelet to fit a little tight or lose, you can select the closest size that fits your wrist and also write to us with special instruction on info@bebajrang.com. We will process the order as per your special instructions.

Once the product(s) arrives and you wish to change the product(s) for a different size, color, design please write to us at info@bebajrang.com. However you will be responsible for applicable shipping, duties & taxes and any other applicable fees. Exchange will also depend on the stock available with BeBajrang.

Returns & Exchanges for Gifts

If you received a BeBajrang product as a GIFT or want to give someone a GIFT, and would like to exchange it for any reason, we can offer you store credit. Store Credit can be used in one year after your request has been approved. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping, duties & other applicable costs. Exchange will also depend on the stock available with BeBajrang.

Special or made to order products are considered as final sale. If there is any defect or incontinency with what was approved, please write to us on info@bebajrang.com.

Refund

If you purchased or received a BeBajrang product, and would like a full refund, because of a product defect, we can offer you store credit or you have an option to exchange the product. Exchange will also depend on the stock available with BeBajrang. Store Credit can be used in one year after your request has been approved.
