Bebajrang does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, however if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we do allow exchange within 2 days of the delivery date. We allow you to exchange your item one time for an item of equal or greater value. However you will be responsible for applicable shipping, duties & taxes and any other applicable fees.

Returns & Exchanges for damaged pieces
If for any unlikely event your product(s) arrives damaged (chip, dents, broken etc) we request you to initiate a request for Return & Exchange within 48 hours after receipt. Once your request has been approved, we will process the Return & Exchange and bear the entire cost for shipping and any other applicable costs.
Any request for Return & Exchange will not be accepted after the above-mentioned time period. Products returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, unaltered and in saleable condition. Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 21 days from the day we receive the products.

Please note: All returns should be properly packed in the same way as it was sent to you. The package contents should be properly covered and taped.

Returns & Exchanges for incorrect Bracelet Size

As mentioned in the product page, all our Elastic and Leather Bracelets come in an average Wrist size of 7 inches. In case you have a custom wrist size, we advise you to mention in the dialog box given on the product page to get your perfect wrist size.
Please do measure the exact circumference of your wrist so we can deliver the right fitting product to you. We add our own margin for comfortable fit so do not worry about that. Bebajrang does not offer refund, return & exchanges or store credit for incorrect size selected by you.
Once the order is placed, you can still change the size, provided the product has not been shipped from our end.

Once the product(s) arrives and you wish to change the product(s) for a different size, color, design please write to us at operations@bebajrang.com or https://wa.me/918433982014.

Returns & Exchanges for Gifts

If you received a Bebajrang product as a GIFT or want to give someone a GIFT, and would like to exchange it for any reason, we can offer you store credit. Store Credit can be used in one year after your request has been approved. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping, duties & other applicable costs. Exchange will also depend on the stock available with Bebajrang.

Returns & Exchanges for Bespoke Orders

Special or made to order products are considered as final sale. Bebajrang does not provide any return or exchanges on Customized and bespoke items. If there is any defect or incontinency with what was approved, please write to us on operations@bebajrang.com or https://wa.me/918433982014. The decision will be as per Bebajrang discretion

RETURN POLICY

BeBajrang Offers a 7-day hassle free returns policy for all sterling silver products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return . However you will be responsible for applicable shipping, duties & taxes and any other applicable fees.

All Armour 925 Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product for unworn/unused. A basic processing fee of 250 INR will be charged for the same 

Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.

This policy does not apply on Customised items, Personalised items, Sale items, Discounted items and Free Gifts unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

Once the return is processed, Once the return is processed, you can go for refund or store credit in your Wallet. Refund will pe processed the Same way the payment was made. In case of Store Credit  we will credit the amount in your wallet as store credit which will be valid for 1 year. 

Bebajrang is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a store credit for future purchases.
