We at Bebajrang know how important it is to receive your products in the finest condition, and on time. Products purchased from Bebajrang can be delivered Pan India. The products will be shipped to the address specified by you during the order processing stage. The time of delivery and the shipping cost depend upon the product purchased and delivery address.

* We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

Orders within India

Express Service (3-5 Days) - Free Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00PM (IST) Monday through Saturday will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders placed after 12:00PM (IST) Monday through Saturday will be processed the next business day. Every order is subject to review. Sunday and holiday's delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery.

* State entry taxes are charged extra to your final bill amount based on the policy of the state.

* COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available in Kerala due to state policies.

* Very few State Governing bodies have discontinued COD (Cash on Delivery) in certain territories, and hence we won't be able to process COD orders for such territories. We will inform you as and when Courier partner informs us.

Special Orders

Product Customization: When it comes to size, stone or other minor changes it can take up to 3 working days to customize the product, and your product will be shipped within 5 working days.

Bespoke Designs: Delivery of such orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on the product that needs to be made. Communication for this will be shared to each customer after reviewing the customer’s requirement. Bebajrang does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, however if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we do allow exchange within 2 days of the delivery date. We allow you to exchange your item one time for an item of equal or greater value. However you will be responsible for applicable shipping, duties & taxes and any other applicable fees.

Returns & Exchanges for damaged pieces
If for any unlikely event your product(s) arrives damaged (chip, dents, broken etc) we request you to initiate a request for Return & Exchange within 48 hours after receipt. Once your request has been approved, we will process the Return & Exchange and bear the entire cost for shipping and any other applicable costs.
Any request for Return & Exchange will not be accepted after the above-mentioned time period. Products returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, unaltered and in saleable condition. Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 21 days from the day we receive the products.

Please note: All returns should be properly packed in the same way as it was sent to you. The package contents should be properly covered and taped.

Returns & Exchanges for incorrect Bracelet Size

As mentioned in the product page, all our Elastic and Leather Bracelets come in an average Wrist size of 7 inches. In case you have a custom wrist size, we advise you to mention in the dialog box given on the product page to get your perfect wrist size.
Please do measure the exact circumference of your wrist so we can deliver the right fitting product to you. We add our own margin for comfortable fit so do not worry about that. Bebajrang does not offer refund, return & exchanges or store credit for incorrect size selected by you.
Once the order is placed, you can still change the size, provided the product has not been shipped from our end.

Returns & Exchanges for Gifts

If you received a Bebajrang product as a GIFT or want to give someone a GIFT, and would like to exchange it for any reason, we can offer you store credit. Store Credit can be used in one year after your request has been approved. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping, duties & other applicable costs. Exchange will also depend on the stock available with Bebajrang.

Returns & Exchanges for Bespoke Orders

Special or made to order products are considered as final sale. Bebajrang does not provide any return or exchanges on Customized and bespoke items. RETURN POLICY

BeBajrang Offers a 7-day hassle free returns policy for all sterling silver products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return . However you will be responsible for applicable shipping, duties & taxes and any other applicable fees.

All Armour 925 Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product for unworn/unused. A basic processing fee of 250 INR will be charged for the same 

Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.

This policy does not apply on Customised items, Personalised items, Sale items, Discounted items and Free Gifts unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

Once the return is processed, Once the return is processed, you can go for refund or store credit in your Wallet. Refund will pe processed the Same way the payment was made. In case of Store Credit  we will credit the amount in your wallet as store credit which will be valid for 1 year. 

Bebajrang is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a store credit for future purchases.



Lifetime Buyback Policy

We offer a simple and flexible lifetime buyback policy for all our sterling silver products. Here’s how it works:

  • Buyback Value:
    • If you choose to avail the buyback option at any time after your purchase, BeBajrang will calculate the buyback value based on the weight of the silver in your product and the prevailing market rate on the day your request is received.
  • Store Credit:
    • The final buyback value will be credited as store credit to your account wallet once we have received and inspected the product.
    • This store credit will be valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase any jewelry from our store.
    • Please note, the buyback amount cannot be encashed.
  • Processing Charges:
    • Shipping and handling fees, along with any applicable deductions, will be shared with you after we receive your buyback request.
    • These deductions may include costs related to wear and tear, product condition, or other necessary factors.
  • How to Request:
    • Simply contact us via email at operations@bebajrang.com or send a message through WhatsApp at +91 8433982014 to initiate your buyback request.

After your request is raised we will email you valuation within 7 working days. You will get 15 days after receiving the valuation to approve or reject the calculation. Once you accept the valuation, the amount will be refunded to your wallet. In case of non-approval beyond 15 days, the amount will be auto-refunded to your Be Bajrang Wallet. In case of rejection, we will ship the jewellery back to you. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the exchange/buy back amount of the product.

Lifetime Repair Service

We are proud to offer a lifetime repair service for your Armour 925 jewelry. Here’s how it works:

  • What’s Covered:
    • We cover basic repairs such as:
      • Re-linking chains or bracelets.
      • Light polishing to restore the shine of your jewelry.
    • These basic repairs are offered free of charge.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • The cost of shipping to and from our repair center will be charged to the customer at actual rates, based on the courier service used.
  • How to Request a Repair:
    • If your jewelry is damaged or needs re-polishing, simply reach out to us via email at operations@bebajrang.com or send a message through WhatsApp at +91 8433982014 to initiate the repair process.

WARRANTY

All Be Bajrang jewellery is exclusively hand crafted to meet the highest standards of quality. The materials we use to create our designs are all authentic and genuine. All our Amour 925 pcs are crafted in 925 sterling silver. Sterling Silver, composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals like copper and zinc, is the highest quality silver used in jewellery. All Armour 925 jewellery pcs are pre oxidized so do not get alarmed with the black spots on the pcs. The Black oxidization and Abrasions is not considered as a manufacturing defect. Over time your Silver jewellery will Tarnish, Follow the steps shown in The jewellery care to maintain your jewellery pcs 

We offer a 12-months Manufacturing warranty on all 925 Sterling silver products (unless otherwise stated). This is a material Warranty only. Any breaks  or damage due to wear and tear is not covered in this warranty, but do not worry - based on the severity or the damage we will repair it for free.  After the 12-months period is over and if there is an issue related to metal or its polish, Bebajrang will be there for your service at a minimal charge depending on the damage.
